Love it or Send it Back: At Itty Bitty, we are proud of the quality and condition of the items we offer. We understand that your complete satisfaction is essential. Upon delivery, our driver will patiently wait for you to thoroughly examine the item(s) you have purchased. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product's condition, you may immediately return it to our driver.

Eligibility: To be eligible for an immediate return upon delivery, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, with all tags and labels attached.
  2. The item must not have been used or washed.
  3. Returns must be initiated at the time of delivery. Once the driver leaves the delivery location, no returns will be accepted.

Refund and Exchange Policy: We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns after the driver has left the delivery location. It is imperative to inspect the item thoroughly before accepting it.

Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a defective item, please bring it to the immediate attention of our driver. We will assess the issue and arrange for a suitable resolution. This may involve a replacement or a refund.

Cancellations: Once an order is confirmed, cancellations are not permitted.
